About our guest books
All our guestbooks and personalised gifts are laser engraved onto 3mm plywood. The front surface is treated with finishing oil, this helps stop the pens from bleeding into the wood if you are using it as a guestbook and also helps protect the wood. We recommend a fine or superfine permanent marker, like the twin tip Sharpie. If you would like us to send you one or more with your order, please just add to cart below. We can also supply a simple laser cut wooden stand to display your guestbook, again just add to cart below (not compatible with all guestbooks, please check the item description).

Please note all our products are made from natural wood, so may contain small knots (see photos) and other natural patterns and marks from the grain of the wood. On the rear you may also find 'plugs' this is where a larger knots or imperfections in the wood have been replaced by a 'plug' of good wood (this will only ever be on the reverse). We use high grade birch ply and each piece is different and unique. You may also find that due to changes in temperature and moisture in the air during transit it may arrive slightly warped, if this is the case, simply place flat at room temperature with a flat weight such a book on top and it should return flat after 24hrs.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY:
I hope you will be 100% happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you're not I will accept returns for a full refund minus my shipping cost, as long as they arrive back in the same condition as they were sent. Return shipping will be at your own cost unless it is clear that the item is not as described or arrived damaged, in which case the original shipping cost will also be refunded. Returns are not accepted on personalised items.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
